Training in Advancement Knowledge


TrAK, is a personalized training and professional development portal created by the Tulane Advance Support Team.  TrAK will provide you with the opportunity to independently move through training courses specific to your needs as an Advancement employee.  Some of these courses are:


Onboarding -Aims to lay a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for new employees and Advance users.  These courses are assigned based on your unique position and how you will be utilizing Advance.


Onboarding Intermediate- Provides more in depth courses for those looking to build their Advance skills.  Courses include Expert Mode, Viewing Gifts, Reading Gifts, and RSVP List Report.


Professional Development- Includes relevant courses on professional development topics such as Diversity and Data Stewardship.


Through Trak, we hope to fulfill our mission of  training and supporting Advance users in both Onboarding and professional development.
